Bethel Gymnasium Graphics

Every high school takes great pride in their athletic history and tradition, and Bethel High School has every reason to be extremely proud of it’s athletic success. This is evident by the passion the athletic director and school administrators exemplified when contacting Color Green Creative to completely redesign the banners displayed in the school gym – fittingly named “The Hive” in reference to the school mascot – the Bees.

When visiting the school during the discovery phase, we noticed the original banners had inconsistent colors, type treatments and font sizes – and also were very difficult to read due to the reflective material of the banners. Plus, the design of the original banners were not consistent with the school branding and didn’t visually communicate the pride and tradition on Bethel athletics.

In establishing a new look of the banners – a look the community would be proud of – Color Green Creative recommend a committee be established consisting of Bethel alumni and staff to approve each phase of the project – from design to installation. This ensured accurate school colors and type treatments in the banner designs and that all information on the banners were as accurate as possible.

Color Green Creative utilized the printing expertise of CoriGraphics to provide the ideal printing medium (PVC) for the banners and to ensure colors were printed accurately. What materialized was a presentation of athletic accomplishments that Bethel students and alumni can view with pride for years to come.
