The Village of Bradford was looking for ways to save money in regards to keeping its citizens informed on announcements and updates. An online presence was the solution as it minimized the cost of mailings and phone calls that prevented village personnel from doing their day-to-day jobs efficiently. A complete content management tool was implemented to allow administrators to make timely updates and post announcements quickly and efficiently. Citizens use an opt-in newsletter to receive timely updates via email. Content organization was critical in the success of this project as thousands of documents had to be made available with minimal clicks of a mouse.
